Put on the wow.exe folder and run It can auto download mpq patch.if you can't down it 100% you can According to the following actions. if downloading stop pls close it and run again.

MPQ patch (Fix custom weapon attacks and other issues)

If your patch is the same as"C:\World of Warcraf\Data\enus" you must download "patch-enUS-9.MPQ" and put it in the folder "*:\World of Warcraf\Data\enUS\"
If your patch is the same as "C:\World of Warcraf\Data\en**" you can download "patch-enUS-9.MPQ" and change the file name to 'patch-en**-9.MPQ' or "*:\World of Warcraf\Data\en**
